On December 20, 2022, Forbes published a research of the best Russian law firms practicing in the field of protecting the interests of private clients – Forbes Club Legal Ranking. The purpose of the rating is to help private clients and Forbes Club members select a reliable legal advisor who will provide exceptional expertise, be able to become a trusted representative and be fully involved in resolving the problem while maintaining high standards of ethics and quality of service. In 2022, researchers identified 6 research categories divided into 27 nominations: 746 applications were submitted for participation in the rating, and only 124 law firms of various specializations were included in the long list.
According to the results of the study, Land Law Firm was noted in the key nominations for the company:
Leader: category “Asset transactions” – nomination “Real estate transactions/construction”
All types of transactions for the purchase and sale of real estate, support for the construction of real estate and residential buildings for personal or investment purposes were considered.

Projects were taken into account in the field of resolving all types of conflicts affecting the interests of wealthy individuals, protecting the interests of wealthy clients in courts of all levels, as well as pre-trial settlement of disputes, mediation and the conclusion of settlement agreements.
The key indicators for evaluating the questionnaires were: the commercial effect of the project, the special significance of the project for business and for the client personally, effective assistance in a difficult situation, the complexity of tasks, the uniqueness, amount and scale of the case. Projects were evaluated by analysts from Forbes Club magazine, and the opinion of representatives of the wealthy client departments of leading banks was taken into account through a survey.
