LLF lawyers defended the rights of owners of a large industrial complex in the Chelyabinsk Region in disputes over the recovery of unjust enrichment in connection with the failure to pay for a land plot (a lawsuit), reclaiming heating networks and a heating point from illegal possession of others. The company’s lawyers also took part in the negotiation of the conditions for registration of property rights to the industrial complex, including the determination of all property in respect of which the registration of rights is required, interaction with resource supplying organizations, as well as other rightholders.
