The Land Law Firm team acted as a consultant to a European retailer in a court case concerning the demolition of an unauthorized extension to a Moscow supermarket. The Moscow City Property Department and the Moscow Government, in their demands, obliged the client to bring the building into compliance with technical documents by dismantling the controversial attached part.
