Legal support in the purchase by a private investor of a real estate complex located near the State Museum-Estate “Arkhangelskoye” for the placement of a personal residence. The deal was complicated by the classification of the estate-museum as one of the most valuable objects of cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation, as well as the entry of the land plot into the protected zone and the boundaries of the protected natural landscape.
