Having entered into a dispute at the appeal stage, lawyers have developed a new procedural tactics to protect the rights of the client. Denis has involved in the first privately owned deals on commercial land plots in Moscow and the Moscow Region. He is one of the first in Russia to apply in court the procedure for reducing the cadastral value for the purpose of optimizing lease payments for state-owned land. The judicial precedents created with the participation of Denis are currently actively used in practice by market participants.

He participated in the drafting of the draft law “On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in terms of improving the state cadastral valuation”, participated in public discussions of the draft law on amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation regarding the new system of property rights to land and a single real estate object.

Over 10 years Denis taught land law in a number of higher education institutions and became a co-author of the book “Land Law” and the author of more than 30 scientific articles devoted to practical legal issues of land and property relations.

For several years, he conducted a course of training seminars for representatives of government authorities of the Moscow region.
