Denis has involved in the first privately owned deals on commercial land plots in Moscow and the Moscow Region. He is one of the first in Russia to apply in court the procedure for reducing the cadastral value for the purpose of optimizing lease payments for state-owned land. He participated in the drafting of the draft law “On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in terms of improving the state cadastral valuation”, participated in public discussions of the draft law on amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation regarding the new system of property rights to land and a single real estate object.
