PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining the Land Law Firm, Viktoria worked at the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

He specializes in resolving administrative and property disputes related to the optimization of tax and rental payments for real estate, the exclusion of buildings from the Moscow Government Decree 700-PP, unauthorized construction, due diligence of real estate, participates in legal support for projects for the integrated development of territories.

As part of the Land Law Firm team, Victoria represented the interests of such clients as Elgaugol, Level Group, Trekhgornaya Manufactory, PROFIS Real Estate, Avionika, etc.
